I contacted Gem Ponds to have them come out and quote me on restoration work and maintenance for the pond in our backyard. I had a very nice conversation with them, and they agreed to come out when they were in the area next, take a look, and give us estimates. Then, nothing. Repeated phone calls were not returned. I even left a message saying, "If you can't do the work, I understand, but just let me know so I can choose from the quotes I have in hand." Nada. I'd stay away if I were you.
