Our overall experience with this company was just average. I think the products that they used were probably pretty good however the service left much to be desired. The guy who did the work was usually on site less than 10 minutes. He would fire up his fertilizer spreading riding machine and ride around the house a couple times haphazardly spreading fertilizer and/or weed control. With the size lawn that we have, there was no reason to use a riding machine to do the work. It just made for spotty coverage of the product.
There was also NO feedback on the conditions of our lawn. It didn't matter how bad the lawn looked or areas that needed attention, the only communication from the company was a bill left on the front door.
Earth Care only recommends four applications a year but the price is higher per application so in the end you end up paying about the same amount per year but get 50% less product and "service".
We have since hired a new lawn service and the difference in service is amazing. They even blow away any stray fertilizer pebbles from the driveway and sidewalk. A nice touch.

THEY ARE A GREAT SERVICE AND THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DON'T NEED. THEY ARE A BIT UNRESPONSIVE AT TIMES IN TERMS OF CALLING ME BACK. OUR LAWNS DO LOOK GREAT. WE ALWAYS WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
