Prompt, professional response. The guys came within two days of my request for a quote. The got the job done and cleaned up the area as if the bushes had never been there. I have worked with Eliseo and Dynasty Landscaping before and they are my go-to yard service. I would highly recommend them.

Eliseo contact the very next day after sending him message requesting an estimate. He came out to the house, we walked around the house and yard, he asked what we were looking to have done. We explained that we would like the weeds and overgrowth to be removed, some bushes trimmed, some bushes removed and lawn cut. He took a few minutes, wrote up an estimate and went over what he was recommending. We told him we would talk it over and get back to him. At first we decided to just have the lawn cut weekly and hold off on the landscaping until spring. The lawn was cut on a weekly basis and every time the staff came in cut the lawn and were gone before we knew it. We decided to go forward with the landscaping sooner, contacted Elesio and asked how soon we could get it done before winter. We talked on Thursday and scheduled the work to be done that Monday. they arrived right on time, went over what we wanted done and got to work. The started at 8:00am and were finished by noon. The yard looks wonderful and the house looks like a new house!

Eliseo from Dynasty was asked for quote and he said he would provide but he never did. Once he got wind of other lower quotes I had received, he then said he was not interested instead of providing an objective quote. No one is forcing anyone to do the work. Quotes are part of business. Very unprofessional as if I owe them something for providing a quote.

Stop searching and HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Eliseo and his crew did amazing work! They were very professional and hard working. My house looks amazing now thanks to this company cleaning up the front and back yard.

They did a very good job. They fix our drainage problem they discovered for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and reasonable in all our interactions. It was great to deal with the owner face to face.

The work went very well according to the prearranged schedule. My initial phone call was returned promptly and the work was done within 10 days. I will definitely use Dynasty in the future.

There was about 2 inches of snow to remove, so the timing was not critical.  He cleared the drive and sidewalks very thoroughly while I was at work.

They called back quickly after my initial call and were here to give an estimate the next day.  The estimate seemed high to me, but I went ahead anyhow because we just needed the job done.  It was worth EVERY penny!  They went above and beyond what I'd asked.  Our crab tree has "suckers" (branches growing from the ground) and they have been a challenge for a long time.  Those men cut them shorter than they have EVER been, really going above and beyond.  They cleared off our brick walkway that was being eaten by the grass and it looks fantastic again.  Men were polite and asked about using chemicals in the yard, which I also appreciated.  I would highly recommend them in the future!

An old area was in decay and was removed. To keep the new area from sliding

down hill a crushed stone base was added. timbers where nailed together. Horizontal beams

were anchored and layers of fabric were used.

The guy who came was very upfront about how much everything will cost, he drew up a contract, and then came for work when they said they will be. I think they're very good. Their price is lower than other companies and do very high quality work.

I hired Dynasty (Eliseo) to cut our grass and plow our driveway while I was pregnant and for about 9 months afterward.  We have a half acre with a retention area in the back yard.  The grass cutting cost $45 a week and included a monthly edging.  I also requested that the retention area not be mowed when it was very soggy and this request was fulfilled.  I believe Eliseo keeps his equipment in top condition as the grass looked much better while he took care of it than when I did.  The edging provided was absolutely stellar.  He also cleaned up out leaves in the autumn.
We also had Dynasty plow our driveway last winter.  Each plow was $40 if 1-4 inches and $50 if 4 inches or more.  On one occasion they had to plow twice in one day--it was necessary.  In addition to plowing, they shoveled our steps leading up to our front door and cleaned our sidewalks.  Clearing the drive was a much bigger enterprise than simply running the plow up it.  They really took the time to get it good and clean.
All of Eliseo's team have been very professional.  They came every Friday afternoon except when weather was bad; then they came the next clear day.  I never felt forgotten.  I highly recommend Dynasty and Eliseo.

I had to have a drainage line from my sump pump to road. Eliseo came out and was very professional. They also trimmed some bushes also. Very happy with all work.

I used Dynasty to cut my lawn and do fall cleanup for years. They are wonderful! Over the last couple years I've had an illness that prevented me from tending to my lot. My 300 x 60 ft. yard became ***heavily*** weeded. Dynasty came out cleared all the weeds (pulled weeds by hand around the areas with ground cover, bushes, hostas, lawn). They sprayed herbicide where needed, and mulched in with 7 cubic yards of mulch.
Eliseo, the owner, is very attentive to his customers, always polite, and his staff does a fantastic job with everything. I have used one other well regarded landscaping company but they were not as thorough and responsive as Dynasty.

The Dynasty Landscaping crew did a thorough job - the yard looks great! All of the yard waste was removed. Afterwards, I called Eliseo to request that one of the trees be trimmed further as it was still skimming the top of the van when pulling in the driveway. The next day, two of the men returned and took care of that. Excellent,consistent service! We've used them for several years now. I highly recommend them.

I've been using them for 4 years. His name is Elisio. He immediately calls me back if he doesn't answer the phone. He does everything I ask him to do. His crew is very efficient. They do a lot of work in our neighborhood. He is incredibly dependable and reasonably priced. The service is very fast. I am very pleased with him. We change the service that he does all the time. He is going to be taking care of our house while it is on the market because we are not going to be here. My experience has been perfect.

Dynasty arrived when they said they would and left the yard, and the street where dirt and mulch was placed, in excellent order. All bushes were trimmed per our request. The drain installed looked like it had always been there. They also moved a bed out a bit. Looks great!

They are very dependable. If you call them, they are very responsive. The owner of the company speaks English quite well.
They have been very good. They work with my neighbor across the street. When we went on vacation, they mowed our lawn while we were away. They are very honest. Now they come every Friday and mow the lawn.
