 + -1 moreCypress Lawn maintains landscaping for the Fisher Farms subdivision in Geneva, IL. Many of our lawns are in awful shape, many shrubs are sick or dying, and they've seriously damaged many of our driveways from their snow removal efforts. They've killed patches of grass near walks and gardens with weed killer in the past. Steer clear of Cypress. Whether your'e an HOA looking to hire a commercial landscaper or just an individual homeowner!

Description of Work: I really wanted to like these guys. They did a lot of work for us. New front entry, steps, pillars, landscape front, back and side of house, huge patio and firepit in the yard, water feature. We had issues (like they installed pillars but don't paint them), the back of the house was completely brown from cutting bricks and I had to make them wash it off (mind you when they did it also destroyed most window screens and a window). They took care of all those issues and I understand things happen. However when I wanted to hire them back last season to reseal the brickwork, fix some of the lighting we had to call the owner Jeff like 30 times. When he finally came out he said he would have an estimate to us in a few days. I believe we've called him a dozen times and we still never received the estimate. I wanted to continue to work with them but with how unresponsive they were, I'm done. I can't even get a quote for him to maintain $30-40K worth of work? I don't understand how you can make a customer who spends that with you feel like they don't even exist. Very disappointed. I should note: when we started working with them we had a friend working their so she was our main contact and always responsive. After she left, it got worse and worse trying to reach someone.
