Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Tom had to re-schedule our meetings on two occasions, but for two good reasons. He was polite and professional, and gave me estimates for several possible projects. Very gracious given that he typically does major remodeling projects. I thought the price was a little bit high, but Tom explained he had to guarantee the carpenter a 1/2 day of work and he included the price of the new wood. The carpenter was almost an hour late the day of the project, but he immediately apologized for his tardiness and explained that he got caught up at Home Depot. The carpenter was also friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the work.
