Arbor, Earth and Snow

Arbor, Earth and Snow was recommended by Angies list and subsequently hired to remove snow from the drive, front walkway and sidewalk for the entire season. Because of the recommendation of Angies list, I encouraged two neighbors to hire him as well. The deal was $500 per house to clear the driveways, walkways and sidewalks after two inches of snow for the entire season. (3 homes signed up) Snow is not being removed in a timely manner and Chuck, the owner, is comfortable lying to us and has become unresponsive to calls and texts. We had multiple day's of back to back snow falls resulted in well over two inches of snow. My neighbor called to see when he was coming to remove the snow and he stated that there wasn't an accumulation of over 2 inches and that he had spoken directly with me to confirm. That was a lie, He hadn't spoken to me and simply didn't want to remove snow even though over two inches had accumulated. I had to call him, after hearing from my neighbor that he claimed to have spoken to me directly. We discussed that while that nights snowfall wasn't 2 full inches when combined with the previous day, we had well over two inches of snow. He did have the snow removed. Sadly, I had to call him again the following day to have the sidewalks cleared. Now, he's become unresponsive and we still have over a month of season remaining on our contract.
