Have used this company for over ten years to service my big commercial AC units, but they were nice enough to offer to do my home units as well. I was ready to buy two new systems and Gene suggested that was not necessary as my units still had plenty of life left in them. Absolutely the best diagnosticians available in Chicagoland (not just part-swappers like several other big-named companies around here). They made sure they understood all the details before even showing up, so they did not have to make a second trip (even caught one of my errors). Scheduled my work right away, and was even very understanding of my mouthy dog. Also fixed up some other irritating (noise) issues with my ~20 year old units without even asking. Wife was completely comfortable working with them (so I did not have to take time-off from work) and really loved that they left my place immaculate (unlike other companies).
Description of Work: Repaired and re-tuned two old AC units: Replaced fan motor, caps, bearing, broken bracket, misc. hardware and freon.
