They did an AWFUL job on each item, one being worse than the last: Siding in several places on the house and garage literally dropped off. There was no wind. The pieces just randomly fell off. We have twice had to hire a handyman to replace pieces which were cut improperly and never nailed so they were unable to stay up. The gutters literally fell off as the extensions down the house were improperly secured. The aluminum trim on our garage was all dinged up and caulked wrong. The fascia on the rear of the garage was put up with finishing nails and literally fall from the wood. The handyman we hired to repair that explained the wrong nails were used and simply went straight through the aluminum. In addition, they either ordered to few pieces of fascia or used left over pieces from a previous job because the lines down the back of our garage (the inverted V along the roof line) uses several small pieces all the way down. The patio door had gaping holes around it where at one point it literally snowed in our home! They used absolutely no insullation around it and it was not adjusted at all. They just nailed it in and threw up some trim. They didn't board under the exterior trim by our doors so the aluminum trim pieces flop around, being held up only by the gobs of caulk they used. They broke all of our wood interior trim when removing it to replace the patio door so we had to replace that too but they cut it too short and within weeks the right-hand had piece snapped in the center from hitting the section the strike plate would normally protect. (The owner said it was installed perfectly and blamed the door.) We have GOBS of caulk along every caulked area. (When the owner stopped by at the end to pick up the final payment and we complained of the caulk, he fixed that. Of course at that time nothing else had gone wrong yet though.) Utility wires were left hanging on the ground and the electrical conduit was left leaning off of the house over the back patio door. In addition, while the original work was being performed, we came home on several occasions to find the migrant workers hired to perform the services wandering through our garage. They used our tools and ladders without asking and a number of items went missing, though we cannot prove they took them. We paid in full with a home equity loan we took out specifically for that purpose which we are still paying off. In addition, we have had to hir and then had to hire a couple of contractors to come out and fix things as we get the money to do so. We attempted on many, many, many occasions to get them to come back and fix their errors and got nothing but excuses and/or claims to have not received my phone messages or e-mails. I filed a BBB complaint but it went nowhere. I have photographs of many issues as well as the numerous e-mail exchanges between myself and the owner, should anyone ever need a reference.
