EXTREMELY SATISFIED. WE PURCHASED THE TILE FROM CENTURY TILE IN MT. PROSPECT, WHO REFERRED US TO A&M TO INSTALL. TOM MILLER RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR CALL FOR A WORK ESTIMATE, BUT WE DID HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 4 WEEKS FOR ACTUAL INSTALLATION. THEY (TOM MILLER AND HIS SON DID THE WORK IN 5 PARTIAL DAYS), ARRIVED EACH DAY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND NEATLY, LEAVING THE OLD FLOORING AND SCRAP IN A NEAT PILE FOR DISPOSAL. TOM'S MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS EVIDENT IN THE AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL FLOOR WE NOW HAVE. THEY BOTH WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, AND WERE GREAT ABOUT ANSWERING OUR MANY QUESTIONS. WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

OLDER PROFESSIONAL WORKING WITH SON AND GRANDSON. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, PROVIDES SUGGESTIONS, AND WAS VERY PROMPT. CLEAN UP WAS AVERAGE, BUT THE REST OF SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD.
