 + -1 moreHe was out the next day, very friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. He could have easily said that we needed to replace our whole sump pump, but he was honest (unlike other plumbers I've dealt with). We now consider him to be our "go to" plumber!
Description of Work: Our sump pump switch went out and flooded our basement. Through a recommendation from a friend, we called Marc to help us fix the switch.
