Rick Newton is very professional and knowledgeable. I followed Rick around the house as he did his inspection. He was right-on regarding the issues he brought up about the house which prompted more detailed inspections and more negotiations between myself and the sellers. I would recommend Rick to anyone.

The inspection went very well. Rick was able to accommodate us on less than 24 hours notice. He arrived early and was very professional. The whole process took about 2 hours for a 2200 square feet house with a basement. He walked through the entire house with us and was very thorough, giving us advice and feedback throughout that entire time. He then prepared an internet accessible report within just a few hours, with color photographs and detailed commentary throughout. On top of it all, he was very nice and personable.
