EVERYONE ON THE PHONE OVER THERE IS FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH ADJUSTING THE APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME WHEN THE DEVELOPER FELL BEHIND SCHEDULE. RICK CAME OUT ON TIME AND DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION, AND HE SHOWED US EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE THINGS HE FOUND FAULT WITH. HE EVEN SHOWED US HOW TO CHECK SOME THINGS OURSELVES LATER ON TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE STILL WORKING PROPERLY.

WE WERE FIRST TIME HOME PURCHASERS, AND FRANK MCNEELY WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. HE POINTED OUT WHAT WE SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT, WHAT WE MAY WANT TO FIX, AND WHAT WE COULD FIX ON OUR OWN. HE SPENT QUITE A LOT OF TIME WITH US!
