Zach is great to work with in every respect. I contacted several installers on a Saturday morning, and Zach called me back within an hour. We got three estimates to do the work, and his was the best by a big margin. We were pretty paranoid about hiring anyone after the first disaster, but Zach was so professional and knowledgeable, that he put our fears to rest when we met him. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all our questions; he also had some design suggestions that we hadn't thought of that made the finished bathroom look and work great for us. My wife and really enjoyed working with him; he is punctual, excellent at communicating and professional. He contacted me every morning to let me know when he'd arrive, and was always right on time. We're already thinking about doing our other bathroom, and Zach is the guy we'll hire for the work.

Zack was by far the most responsive contractor that I have ever dealt with. He answered calls and responded on a Holiday weekend and after hours - who does that anymore??? Zack and his crew were very professional, extremely clean, and took the extra time to ensure the best look. Would definitely go to Xack on any future needs.

I received Zach's name from a local tile store as a recommended contractor.  I called him and he responded immediately.  He came out to quote the job within days and within the week, once the materials came in, he began the project.  He was always on time (and if he was running a bit late due to another job, he called in plenty of time to give me a head's up)  He is very professional and knowledgeable.  

 We had a few issues with the tile when it came from the tile company, but Zach quickly fixed the problem and the project stayed on schedule.  The worksite was always cleaned up afterwards too.  I love the way my kitchen looks and we've had several compliments on it from friends and family.  We would definitely use Bluebird Builders again.

We had multiple people come out to give estimates, but Zach at Bluebird showed up on the day he said he would and gave us an estimate for the work the very same day. On the day of completion they showed up on time and did a good job on the railings and made sure the entire area was cleaned up. The work did not take that long....many people said it would take a couple days, but Bluebird did the project in 1 day.... and the finished project looked amazing. Everything went the way we needed it to and we would definitely hire Bluebird Builders Inc again.

My master bathroom had a shower stall that was worse for wear and it was next to a tub that was hardly used.  I decided to remove both and get a more modern look to the bathroom in the process.  I also have a first floor bathroom I wanted to update from the standard builder grade equipment - 62" shower stall, vanity with cultured marble top, and linoleum floor.  I had a few people come out to give estimates but choose Bluebird Builders because Zach was professional and was willing to work with the village as I pulled a permit to get the work done. Zach was very attentive to my questions (I had a LOT of them) and always was prompt in his responses. He also provided some great ideas that I incorporated with the remodel job and everything turned out looking great.  I would highly recommend Zach and Bluebird Builders and I will definitely be using them in any future renovations that I will be doing.
