The Abbott crew arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. I needed them to trim back a line of low hanging branches from several trees. I also had them remove a wild vine growing up a tall evergreen. Erik the foreman communicated well as I told him the details of what needed to be done. The crew even did some extras to make my trees look better. I am very happy with the service

They charged $350 to remove cut tree branches from the back of my yard. The staff assigned to remove my brush, did not do a complete the job, leaving half of the brush, but removed the same amount of brush from my neighbor's yard for only $25 in cash. I feel that was unprofessional, that I was very much overcharged, and that I subsidized my neighbors brush removal. A professional worker would have referred my neighbor to the office for an estimate. The business was very responsive when I complained and sent someone out the same day to resolve it. Unfortunately The stump removal, the lowest prices part, was reasonably priced and was done efficiently. I had to call twice to get them to come out to due the work..

The crew worked quickly and efficiently and when done, everything was picked up and in great order. Would definitely hire again.

The entire process was smooth and price was fair. I would use again for another large tree removal.

Took a few days for them to return my call to set up an appointment for an estimate. Estimate was $550 higher than next highest estimate, so did not hire.
