TWO TECHS

Description of Work: Installers from Two Techs Carpet & Installation installed carpeting in our bedrooms and living room. There prices were lower than others; I assumed because they had lower overhead. Now I regret trying to save a few dollars. At first, it looked ok. However, as time went on and the carpet was vacuumed multiple times, serious flaws came to surface. Seams are showing and sections of the carpet are lifting up. It became apparent that the installers just patched together pieces of carpet and laid them in various directions. When I called them back to repair it, they said they wanted me to be completely satisfied, so they actually tried to repair it. They just made it worse. When they came back out, they admitted that they patched pieces together and that they measured incorrectly in some places In their attempt to repair it, they put so much glue down to keep the carpet flat, that now it actually hurts to walk on the seams. You can see every single seam in every room. You can also feel the seems when you walk on them. The carpet is now hard as a rock where they reapplied glue. I called them back several times to tell them I wanted my money back, but they do not return my calls. I even sent them a letter in writing, but they have not responded.
