I am still waiting for a refund. I am going to have to pay someone else to rip out the carpet and reinstall new carpet. I had another professional carpet installer come out to try to salvage their work, but he said it cannot be repaired because of all of the glue and the patchwork of pieces used. I am embarrassed to have people come into my house because of how terrible the carpet looks. I have photos that I would be willing to share with anyone who is considering using this company.
