When the work started Sabino and the crew came out and made sure all of our plants were covered and protected. They then pressure washed the entire house and removed the old caulk. A few days later when the house had dried, they came back and started caulking all the seams around windows and doors, patched some areas of rotted wood, and then primed all the bare spots.
The house then took 2-3 coats of new paint to completely cover the old color.
We liked the color of the house so much we had Sabino also paint our barn and storage shed.
All the work was done professionally and Sabino kept us informed of his progress along the way.
