Not so good. The man we spoke to on the phone was very cordial and accommodating. He agreed to do all the work necessary and agreed that it could be done in the time specified. He was even the man who came to the house both days. HOWEVER, it turned out he was not a SUPERVISOR, rather he was a worker-bee whose specialty was in loading the POD. (Turns out he wasn't that great - several items moved in a completely full unit and FRAGILE items were Not placed on top as requested.) Although we assumed he was in charge and told him what needed to be done, he did not follow-through with the other two workers. Since there were only two of us (and we were packing as well), and three of them, it took some time to figure out what was really happening. One worker was brand new and didn't even use packing materials when packing boxes of pots and pans!!! The one bright spot in the whole first day was the one trained PACKER. He was amazing!! We were sorting as we were packing as some items were going to another location while most were going directly to storage. We had a system where the items going to another house were marked with red tape. Still some were packed in the incorrect POD. On the second day, the original person arrived (Late) with a different helper. We met at a storage unit near the house, emptied it and then drove to the house where everything was offloaded and reloaded into the POD. At least that evolution went well, once they finally arrived. Since they were late, we had less time with them to complete the packing of the POD. We had purchased rolls of plastic wrap (like giant Saran Wrap). They loved that! They even went so far as to wrap a desk that should have been taken apart and a sofa bed that should have been taken apart. In a word, lazy. They required constant supervision and instruction. It was exhausting to work with them. I would only hire them again if I had one person to supervise each individual worker and then only if I were desperate.

I was pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend them to my friends.

SUPER friendly team, prompt, hard-working, thorough and stuck out a time frame that was underestimated with a total customer service approach.  We would highly recommend them and use them anytime we needed a heavy hauling project!

Wonderfully.  Very prompt, courteous, hard-working, and helpful.

It went very smoothly. They worked quickly, carefully and cheerfully.  They showed up on time and they brought mats to protect  my floors.  I thought it was a very good value for the money.
