"I’m so sorry that we were unable to assist you when you needed us. When you called us in the afternoon on June 26th, we had already received 29 other calls from homeowners who had standing water in their homes due to the severe storms that swept through our area. In emergency disaster situations, we try to help as many people as possible, and unfortunately all of our technicians were out assisting these customers. We called you in the days following the storms, but were unable to reach you. I am glad you were able to find another restoration company that was able to help you. You're right, pet stains can sometimes be very difficult to remove. We have many products in our cleaning arsinal, but sometimes as hard as we try, those stubborn pet stains just will not come out."
"I’m so sorry that we needed to reschedule your estimate for carpet cleaning. After we confirmed your appointment on the 17th we began receiving emergency calls from customers who had standing water in their homes due to the severe weather that swept through the area. These calls continued through the night and by Wednesday the 18th we realized that we needed to re-prioritize our non-emergency appointments so we could assist these customers. I can assure you that we rarely ask a customer to change their appointment, and when we do it’s only because we’re experiencing a very high volume of calls for emergency disaster services. I hope by now you’ve received my formal apology in your mail and I hope that you’ll allow us to reschedule your appointment to give you a free carpet cleaning estimate and also $20.00 off any cleaning.
