Precision Roofing

Precision roofing did a great job on repairing and replacing old worn out boards on the side of my roof. I really appreciate the great job that they did. I called Teri at there office, Tom the owner came out to my home and gave me a great quote, and Max came out to my house and did an outstanding job on my update project. Im really satisfied and pleased with the work that was done.

Everything went very well. The owners and workers were very professional and accommodating. I am very pleased with their work.

We went ahead and put a new roof on our home, even though the insurance wasn't covering it we went ahead anyway. The ice damage went through asphalt shingles tar barrier and the roofing boards and everything to our cedar ceiling. Leaked all the way through and we had to get the new roof. They were amazing, they took the whole roof off. We love it, tom came back a few weeks later and fixed some caulking they had missed. He knows his stuff. We would recommend him to a bunch of people.

They were outstanding. The owner was the best. They cared about doing everything just right. They did a beautiful job.

Their work was not very good. They never stood behind theirs either. They never came back to fix it. He told me he would replace it free of charge because it was no good but they never showed up again. The owner came out. We bumped into him in a shopping center parking lot, He says "Oh, I remember you. I'll be out next week to take care of it." He never showed up and never called. He said I was bothering him when I called.

The job was done very well. His crew was very good and completed job in 2 days. The area was cleaned up very well and all debris was removed. They also at the same time repaired my leaky garage roof.

Initial job was completed well but when trouble occurred during the winter months they refused to take responsibility for poor ventilation resulting in major expense.

Following a storm in May 2012, I noticed water was seeping through the ceiling and windows of my front porch. Because Precision Roofing had replaced the roof several years earlier (and had done an excellent job), I contacted them again to make the repair. I was given an estimate of $150 which seemed fair so I hired them to make the repair. Two roofers subsequently repaired the roof (or so I thought). Over the past year, there has been periodic seepage in the same spot after heavy rain. On September 19, 2013, following a heavy rain during which a wooden table was soaked, I contacted the company again to come back to inspect the same spot and provide another estimate, if needed. No one ever called me back. After several days, I contacted another local roofing company. Their estimator came out the same day and took photos of the damaged area which he shared with me. Not only had Precision used the wrong color shingles for the 2012 repair, the crew hadn't repaired the hole in the roof but rather had shot a few heavy staples through the shingles in an attempt to seal the hole in the roof. I was very disappointed to see the poor quality of the repair and also disappointed that I did not receive a call back recently.

Not very good. Quote was high, they came down on the price, later tried to raise the price after contract was already signed. Was told they would be there on certain day to start roofing and didn't show, called them and they said they had to push it to the end of the week with no phone call to me. I had to push back time for builder to finish soffit, fascia and gutters.

We had asked for an estimate for roof repair and replacement.  They only sent an estimate for roof replacement.  It was for $7000.  They didn't say anything about what the repair would cost.  The estimate was quite costly for us.  We didn't call them back because we didn't get an estimate for the repair.

From start to finish, this company was fantastic.  Professional and thorough, met all their commitments, communicated well.  Excellent customer service.  Highly recommended.

Contacted Precision Roofing on recommendation of Angie's. Owner responded (came to inspect) in about two hours. He determined the problem and promised to send out a repair crew before the end of the day. Crew (2 men) arrived about an hour later, stated that they knew what the problem was and proceeded to go to work. They worked for almost two hours, replaced the 20 year old vent pipe, resealed two skylights, and cleaned the gutters. Upon completion of the job I asked them for a bill and was told that the owner would send it out. After about ten days he stopped by for our evaluation of the work and presented his invoice for $150. I was pleasantly surprised having expected a charge of $300-$400. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Angie's List.

I have used them on 3 different homes and they are just wonderful!! Their service is pleasant, prompt, they are very clean, estimates are exceptional. Also, they are easy to talk to and get along with and they offer a wide variety of options.

I had contacted 3 different roofing companies. I spoke to two of the companies and I told them what I wanted to be done. One company sent a person and he went back to mail me an estimate, but they had no idea specifically about what I needed them to do and I wasn t going to do business with them. The other company wanted money upfront, so I didn t do business with them either. Then came the person from Precision Roofing, we talked and he walked around the house and I told him exactly what I want him to have done. Apart from the roofing, I needed to have some roof dents taken out, holes filled up and things like that. The guy was very helpful in writing all that information down. When he came back with the estimate, he came back with a higher grade of shingle than I had even anticipated and the price was even lesser than the other two. The shingles were delivered the day before they started the job. They showed up with a crew of 9 guys, it was a complete tear off and re-shingling the entire house which was the main house in addition of the back and two car garages in the front. 5 of them were tearing the roof off and 4 of them were doing the shingling. They did the whole thing in one day: complete tear off plus putting the roof on. I couldn t be more impressed with the work and then again the prices were very competitive and these guys were really good. The amount was contract wise.

We did not select this contractor but only because their availability did not fit into our need. We developed a hole in our roof and needed a complete tear off, repair, and replacement. Precision was prompt in providing a bid, very thorough in answering questions, and overall very professional. Due to other clients they already had in their Queue, we had to select someone else that could conduct the work quicker. However, I would recommend them in the future to others needing a quality and professional roofing job.

We were simply amazed! We met with 3 other roofers before calling Precision. We were impressed with the expertise of their estimator, Dennis, who told us stuff nobody else had - for example, new attic ridge venting won't do you any good without soffit vents (which we didn't have). We were also pleased that Precision would replace rotted roof boards with new boards, instead of plywood; nobody else offered to do that. We were also very impressed with the roofing team - their good-natured camaraderie, teamwork and professionalism was a pleasure to behold. They work like a well oiled machine quickly, efficiently, and precisely. Tom Pierson, the owner, told us that several members of this team had been with him for 10 or 15 years. He treats them like family. Precision is just an oustanding business and a great bunch of people to work with. I give them my highest recommendation. They have a great reputation in the area so I was surprised to see they weren't on Angie's List. Now they are!
