Jeff from Plum Crazy was great. He has 34 years experience and it showed. He knew exactly what he is doing and solved our problem. He even did a few extra things with our sink. In addition, he offered advice on a repair at another location. Jeff also has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to be around. On top of all that, his pricing was very fair. Our family will be using Plum Crazy for all our future needs.

John called to ask if he could arrive earlier than expected. Once he and his assistant arrived, he confirmed that the pipes needed rodding. He looked around outside to assess the distance and brought in the appropriate length of equipment. Once he completed the rodding, he made sure the water drained properly. He did advise me to have a clean out installed approximately 100 feet from the house so this could be done from the outside. This would allow cleaning the pipe to the city sewer as well as back to the house. He also recommended to have the pipes rodded once a year.
