On 8-12-10 this business quoted me $15.95 to wash the car inside and out. I asked that the floor mats be cleaned, and I was told it was included. The workers seemed to be in a hurry. After I pulled away I realized that my rear view mirror, cup holder, windshield and other things weren't cleaned as promised. There was still a lot of dust inside and not all areas were vacuumed. The mats looked like they had been hosed a little bit, and the dirt was still there. When I called the same day, the lady who answered the phone did not offer to fix this or apologize. I told her I offered to pay for any extra services to clean my car.
