The work was shoddy and attitude really sucks. After the pipe replacement, I found my dish washer and garbage disposal stopped working. The two workers insisted they didn’t touch anything else. And I have to pay an electrician to fix it. It could not be the case since both appliances worked fine before. After 30 min of argument and even phone call to their manager, I was still told to fix it myself. Only after I threatened to hold payment did they went back to their shoddy work and admitted not only they did ‘touched’ the electric system,they actually cut my power cable by ‘accident’. This company is dishonest, and of poor work quality. I recommended everyone to stay away.

For the most part well. Cesar had to come back a 2nd day to finish the work mainly due to my complicating the job with my DIY effort and he was missing a small part; Very professional and came when they said they would; Given the very limited access to reinstall the toilet, fix the leak and change the tub drain, I thought the overall job was very well done and well worth the money . The job was estimated and completed in a week.

It went very well. Good service, no sales talk, was able to explain what is happening as it show in the camera.

Great! From the time I submitted my request on Angie's List to the time the work was completed, it was about 3 hours. They were communicative, punctual, knowledgable, efficient, and cleaned up great when they were finished. They came in a team which was good (Cesar and Kevin), so that one of them could go in the basement while the other used the machine. As for the price: honestly not sure if it was good or bad compared to others as I did not want to waste time with quotes and they were prepared to do the job on the spot. Plumbing is never inexpensive, so I'm guessing their price was in the ballpark. They did a great job, so it was worth it. Highly recommend!

North Shore personnel were so easy to work with. They answered all my questions before we even got started. Brandon came and removed the toilets and installed the two new ones that he picked up earlier that morning. He did an excellent job, He left the place really clean and he was a joy just to talk to. Very knowledgeable and even though there was a slight problem with the upstairs bathroom he made it work. We definitely will use NorthShore for all future work.

My service provider was prompt and knowledgeable. He performed the service as outlined in the deal. We had a nice conversation during the time the tank was draining which was about 40 minutes. He left the area neat and clean.

Cesar Sanchez came out on short notice and was very good at explaining what the issue was and how it happened. Yasser Velasquez came out the next day and did an outstanding job. It was good talking with him, and he as well, explained everything that was taking place and was very careful about the job to ensure quality work. Will call them in the future.

We cancelled projects after receiving outrageous bids on a per project bases and not hourly fees.

No problems, valves were replaced.

ok took several trips for supplies and had to come back another day to finish. Work could have been done better but needed to stop leaks and repair toilet.

It was a bumpy beginning with an installation of replacement units that were not acceptable but Yaser was very helpful in promising a better outcome. I purchased my own 3 piece faucet set and Yaser replaced the ones that didn't fit with the ones I purchased. He came a second day to complete the job to my specifications. He did a very good job after a unhappy beginning. You can't ask for more. I would recommend him and hire him in the future.

OMG! Where do I begin? Showed up 2 days early, let in, did work in less than 1/2 hour pd for, told me it would be $10.00 to re-glue sink and installed a flapper. Wanted to give me an electronic billing & I requested a paper bill. One guy went out to van, wrote up a bill & presented me with the bill for $248.00. I reminded him of the money paid to Angie & $29.00 was deducted & a discount leaving the additional monies due $169.00 for the use of some glue from a tube and a $10.00 flapper. As a senior, I feel I was very much taken advantage of.

Very nice man. Must have had a messy job prior to coming because his shirt was full of smelly plumber's "mess" . Was going to have him fix a slow draining sink as well, but with a total of over $400, I thought that was very expensive so just had him fix the drip which cost me $240 with the discount. He could be a very good plumber, but with a simple dripping faucet, I'd probably go with someone else.

Excellent. Technician did a nice job in a timely manner. Everything was excellent except I thought the pricing to be high.

The workman called during my lunch to request an earlier time, when I explained that I could not accommodate him, he said he himself would get some lunch and arrive at 1 p.m. Unfortunately, he did not keep the appointment at the time he mentioned, though it was within the window. My dissatisfaction was with his attitude when I phoned to ask why he did not keep the time he gave me. Additionally, after he his work in my bathroom, I hired another plumber to work on the toilet and he observed that work down on the faucet was subpar.

Quarter stuck in it

It turned out great. They had trouble getting here and it wasn't their fault. We had trouble with the phones. We were pleased. There was water that was leaking into the room and they fixed it. They came when they were supposed to but we didn't know it and we had problems with our phone. We have intercoms here. So when I got back to them they came within a day or so after that. I was appreciative of that. We were pleased.

He did a fine job

Cesar, the plumber, examined the faucets and explained my alternatives and government me an estimate for the repairs. It is exactly what I needed.

I received a call from them to schedule an appointment within 20 minutes of placing the order through Angie’s list. They were in the area and the work started 30 minutes after their call. The job was done quickly and cleanly. would have expected same day service. The faucet works great. I would definitely use them again.

The work was performed well. The issue we had pertained to the appointment time. We had agreed to one date and were told they could come on an earlier day if an appointment cancelled. They never called us when that appointment cancelled and they showed up unexpectedly on that earlier day and we had to turn them away due to our making other plans. When I called about this, they claimed they called us but there was no message left on our answering machine and no call came when we were at home.

Plumber identified and solved the problem in about a half hour.

Excellent analysis by the Plumber/Technician to determine that the grease trap needed to be cleaned out with a clean out rod. Now the sink drains and the garbage disposal is operable. I have other plumbing needs and discussed them with the technician. He is returning to address other issues. I am very pleased. He used booties to keep cleanup to a minimum. He completely cleaned up the work area.

He finished everything in 2 hours.
