I asked for an invoice/estimate to be faxed to me so I could go over the list. The requested paperwork was promptly faxed and I called back and gave the go-ahead to perform the work. The 4wd gave some additional grief, but Chris kept me informed of his progress and options for repair along the ways. The truck now runs better than ever for an extremely fair price for how much work was done on it. Chris and Jeff are a couple of great, honest, fair auto technicians. They run the kind of shop that makes you want to wait around the water cooler at work for someone to complain of car troubles so you can recommend them and come through as a hero. It is a bonus that their facility is so close to me, but if I ever moved out of the area, I would still bring my cars to Northern Automotive. A talented, fair, and trustworthy mechanic isn't something you often come by these days. Glad I came across these guys.
