The work took him a long time. He had to go to the store for a few things. Then he had to bring in a helper which surprised us. We felt he was not cost efficient.

Judson was on time, pleasant and professional. We've had several companies in the past complain about the way our house is wired. Judson informed us that installing the electrical outlet was going to be somewhat complicated. He came out the first time to try to figure out the layout, then came back as scheduled with a helper to complete the wiring and other minor jobs.

RETURNED CALLS AND MADE TIME TO FIT IN TO HIS SCHEDULE THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. ARRIVED ON TIME AND CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AS PROMISED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE AND HIS PARTNER CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE AND ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL DURING THE JOB. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT AT FIRST ONE OF THE OUTLETS FAILED TO WORK, WHICH HAD TO BE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION.
