Lawn Service, Drain Pipe Installation
Jose Perez did yard work for a neighbor, so we initially hired him because he was in the neighborhood. He is dependable(subject to delays caused by weather and heavy workload such as fall clean-up). He is flexible too. This year we have mostly mowed our own lawn, but have hired Jose and his crew for periodic weeding, shrub trimming, and lawn applications. Last year, he did a special project for us, which he designed to answer our problem with rainwater mounting in our basement window wells. He installed a drain and attached underground piping with holes, which now drains the water from heavy rainfall into the drain and spreads it out, and it no longer drains into the below-ground window wells. Jose is a pleasant man, and we also enjoy talking with his employees.
