Dry Cleaning Service
My husband dropped off his suit Saturday, 5-21-11, and said he needed it ready on Tuesday, 5-24-11. The receipt said Wednesday, 5-25-11 after 5:00 p.m. I called early this morning to see if the suit was ready. The man who answered the phone didn't understand me. He told me where he's located. I said I know where he is and that I'm checking on the suit. After phonetically spelling out the last name and several minutes on the phone I was told it was done. The suit has hair on it, and he didn't offer to correct the problem. He didn't even want me to inspect the suit let alone listen to my concern. He made a hand gesture like he didn't want to bother with me. When I asked who the manager is he said him. He also claims to be the owner. This man can barely speak and understand English. Now we need to use a lint brush.
