I couldn't get anyone to respond to my calls. I was in a restaurant and a friend of mine gave me his name. He called him, handed the phone to me, and we set up an appointment for the next day. I called him the next morning, and he said he would be out in 1-1/2 hrs. He was there and fixed my a/c. The next day, I noticed water. He came back out and fixed that problem and didn't charge me. He's really a great guy!
