Unlike the other flooring companies that tried to talk me out of the pre-urethane wood flooring, Cesar explained how manufactures can put up to 16 coats of urethane on the flooring, and with dogs he recommended it. The crew was on time, showed up exactly when they said they would. They got everything all done by Thursday at 1 p.m.! He leveled out my 100-year-old floors worked around some pipes that we didn't even know were there - AND - took more than 45 minutes or so to vacuum and clean. The floors came out gorgeous. He's coming back to do my hallway and kitchen.
Description of Work: Tear up old damaged floors in two and a half rooms, install sub flooring and felt. Installation of factory urethane solid wood flooring, properly dispose of old flooring - originally scheduled to take 6 days - start on Monday end on Saturday
