We discovered significant water in our basement on a Saturday afternoon and called our normal plumber. After discussing over the phone that the water seemed to be coming from the water tank closet, he referred us to Ken at Beach Pump and Well Service. Ken called us back within 20 minutes and said he was just finishing up a job and would come over right away. Ken and Corey arrived quickly as promised. They determined the water leak was not coming from the tank as we had originally guessed. They replaced a brass nipple and stainless bustline leading to the water tank that was not part of the issue, but they said would have burst within the next six months. They stayed another 2 hours until they discovered the actual source of the leak was the water softener. They do not service water softeners, but they disconnected it so we could use our water again without additional water leakage. They referred us to another company to service the water softener. We were very impressed with Ken and Corey's diligence in trying to help us figure out the source of the water leak, especially late on a Saturday afternoon. They were sympathetic, unrushed, and very thorough. If we do have future issues with our water tank, we will definitely call Beach Pump and Well Service first!
