Basically flawless. These folks really know their stuff. It's a family business and the principals are personable and professional. City water was installed and running in a little over half a day. One caution about method of payment and the reason for the D rating on price. Their website states credit cards accepted but they charge a % increase for use of a credit card. They also offer an unadvertised cash discount (it appears on the invoice which they present for immediate payment) but they mean CASH. I don't know many people who have thousands of dollars in cash lying around. Wound up costing me several hundred dollars more than necessary thru lack of communication UP FRONT on various payment terms. I am a stickler for communication, and DID NOT LIKE THIS aspect of the transaction.

Over the past year I had many questions about my water pressure.  Ken would always take my phone calls and answer my questions.  Subsequently we hired a plumber to replace our galvanized pipes with copper.  The plumber felt that our 22 year old booster pump and welltrol tank were not functioning.  He offered to try and fix this, but indicated it was not his expertise.  I immediately called Ken and explained the fact that I was in the middle of a re-piping project.  Ken got on the phone with my plumber and agreed to come the next day, Friday,  to analyze the pump and tank.  Justin arrived as promised and determined that pump and tank needed to be replaced.  Justin very efficiently did the work.  He made sure we had improved water pressure prior to leaving which required installing temporary piping for the weekend since the plumber would be returning on Monday.  I was thrilled with their quick response, patience in explaining the process and quality of work.  They could not have been nicer and more efficient.

Responsive and professional all the way. We called Monday morning stating that we had no water coming into the house, they rearranged some non-critical jobs and came out right away. Walked us through the entire process, remediation and pricing options. We opted to upgrade all reasonable parts so our well and tanks will run smoothly for decades to come. Highly recommend.

We discovered significant water in our basement on a Saturday afternoon and called our normal plumber. After discussing over the phone that the water seemed to be coming from the water tank closet, he referred us to Ken at Beach Pump and Well Service. Ken called us back within 20 minutes and said he was just finishing up a job and would come over right away. Ken and Corey arrived quickly as promised. They determined the water leak was not coming from the tank as we had originally guessed. They replaced a brass nipple and stainless bustline leading to the water tank that was not part of the issue, but they said would have burst within the next six months. They stayed another 2 hours until they discovered the actual source of the leak was the water softener. They do not service water softeners, but they disconnected it so we could use our water again without additional water leakage. They referred us to another company to service the water softener. We were very impressed with Ken and Corey's diligence in trying to help us figure out the source of the water leak, especially late on a Saturday afternoon. They were sympathetic, unrushed, and very thorough. If we do have future issues with our water tank, we will definitely call Beach Pump and Well Service first!
