It cost us $180 for a checkup for three animals. It has all been positives. There are no negatives at all. They're just really good down-to-earth people. They provide good customer service. They treat your animals like you treat your own pets. So, you can tell that they definitely love their work. They care about your animals as much as you do. The animals like being there. Our of one cats is allergic to all their shots. So he doesn't like it. They basically have to give him anti-allergic shots and regular shots all at once. So, he is not happy. We actually moved 20 miles away from there and we still take our animals back there just because we like them so much.

The wait time in the lobby was very short. The vet who did their spring exams and shots was not there, so we saw the other vet and it was just fine.
Both vets took the time to listen to my concerns and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Their prescriptions were filled right away. The vet tech was very gentle with each dog. The staff at the front desk is friendly and respectful. They make it a point to greet you when you enter, even if they're really busy, so you don't feel ignored.
The place is very clean and well-maintained, with good lighting and no and quot;kennel smell.and quot;
When the test results came back, the vet called me and took a good amount of time discussing them with me. She explained all of my options and listened to my concerns.

They're professional and accommodating.

They are local and I have used them as long as I have had pets.

dogs are fine, visit was wonderful, except for the cost. I want to try another vet, but have been taking my dogs here for their entire life. I may try elsewhere...let me look through Angie's List.

I took in a stray cat I wanted to add to our family and was told it had FIV and it couldn't live with other cats, it had to be an only cat. I was also told I could not keep it as an outside cat, that it would infect all the cats in the neighborhood. We have four other cats and being uniformed about the disease I felt my only choice was to have him put down. This really bothered me because he seemed so healthy, happy and loving. Research after the fact has taught me he could have lived a happy normal life with our other cats once nueterd and properly introduced with little danger of infecting them. This was confirmed by serveral sources. I depended on the doctor to help me make the right choice, we have used them for over 23 years. This has caused me to doubt the quality of care and councel they give.
