 + -1 moreBuyer beware. Dont be fooled by low initial price. Bautista will immediately demo your property and then disappear for months. Will send inexperienced labor and gives them little direction and no inspection. Will lie to your face over and over again. This man is not trustworthy. Run away

 + -1 moreWell, this was our first ever major remodel. We were told about six weeks and it took about 5 months. But there was blame to share on us as well as contractor. We were slow in picking out some items. But our kitchen looks great. Our mud room looks great. Living room looks great. Fernado was always patient and professional. We had all the permits and Fernando passed all inspections. His plumber had to redo some piping. His brickwork was amazing. Fernandos crew were all good guys. We all had fun with all the ups and downs of a major remodel. He came back to do some touch up work that was under warrenty, So for that, I give him a thumbs up. Very honorable person.
Description of Work: Complete gut of kitchen and mud room. All new electric wiring, new plumbing, framing, drywall, gas line for stove, washer dryer hook up, upgrade electric circut box, new electric meter, Brick work. Painting, installed kitchen cabinets, installed track lights, installed garbage disposal, intstalled microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator. electric warming drawer. Assembeled about 20 kitchen cabinets, built new exhaust vent, install kitchen exhaust hood and fan. Punched out a few walls. Leveled floor with concrete about 10 X 10 mud room . Tiled and grouted 10 X 10 mud room. New light switches.
