The service was good. They came out here early. I would not use them again in the future. He and my husband had a little falling out. We had asked them to put the flooring in a specific way so that the seams didn’t line up and they didn’t do that. So my husband asked them to do it again because we paid a lot to do it and instead of him saying, ‘Okay,” I left like he was unprofessional in the way that he spoke to my husband about it. He treated my husband like, “You don’t know what you’re doing.” He was probably mad that he and his guys had to do it again but it didn’t look good and I think in retrospect, he should have said, “I’m sorry it doesn’t look the way you want it, let’s fix it.” Then we would have hired him for other jobs because we have tons of stuff to get done. I felt really bad about it. Other than that, everything was great. They did a great job, they cleaned the bathroom tiles.
