Piano was delivered without any damage. Movers showed up with a bad attitude and also demanded $275 instead of $250 because they said of excessive stairs. Not sure how the additional $ helps these particular people out or the business. I prefer service with a good attitude or simply no attitude. These guys showed up ******; not my fault their job is picking up pianos. the stairs in question are like 5 stairs to my front door, thats literally it, not a flight of interior stairs or anything crazy.

We ask how many stairs are involved for a reason. In this case the client did not mention there were actually 7 stairs, instead of 1. Increases the risk of damage and difficulty of the job. I would give them a B, and that's generous. They were very slow in getting my piano to Virginia. They ended up having a different company pick it up and take it to Indiana and then it sat in storage. So I was getting very nervous about it sitting in some place that might ruin it like a hot area. It took them like 2 months to get my piano to Virginia. I guess B is not a good grade I guess a C is better. They were very nice don't get me wrong it was just ridiculous how long it took them to get it there. Interaction was fine they were very nice. They ultimately got there and it was in fine condition. Nice, but inefficient. I would probably not use them again.

The client was informed from the start that another company would deliver the piano to Virginia and that it would take 4-6 weeks. For long distance moves we work with a national piano carrier. We pick up the piano locally for the national carrier who picks it up from us then arranges to deliver to a piano mover on the other end. This was all explained to the client from the start and in order to do it she had to contact the national carrier and sign a contract with them so they could arrange everything. Which she did. The length of time it takes for a piano to get from pick up to delivery is out of my hands in these situations. We were on schedule for the pick up on our end and the piano was well taken care of. We also helped her get the best price as other companies can charge over twice as much. We do our absolute best to ensure every client is satisfied. In this situation, there is nothing more we could have done. I would also like to add that the price is inaccurate. The price listed reflects what the national carrier charged. She was only charge $200 by us.Bonnie D.

Alden's Piano did a great job. They had 3 guys there who worked safely, quickly, and professionally. Their price was lower than several other piano movers I had spoken with and they were able to help immediately.

Very pleased with Alden's service. The two movers were professional, polite, and prompt. The communication was excellent from the time I scheduled the move to when the movers called to let me know they were on their way. I would recommend Alden and will use them in the future.

The workers were great! They knew what they were doing, were helpful, friendly and got the job done without a problem. I had specifically asked them to contact me when they arrived at the donation site-and they did! I would definitely use them again.
