I have used this company several times over the years and they always do an excellent job for a good price.

Garage door cable became tangled and door came off hinges. He came out same day of call and had it fixed in no time.

A torsion spring broke on Thursday morning and Craig was able come out on Saturday morning (per our request) to replace both springs. We used him before on an electrical issue and once again, were very satisfied with the work he performed. Thanks, Craig!

The repair couldn't have gone any better. I called him the night before and he came out first thing the next morning. He fixed the main problem and also adjusted the track and other items to help make the door last longer (my door is quite old). He also is a very pleasant person.

He called the house first, before coming, and also to make sure our car wasn't trapped in our garage. He came out quickly and came with the odd-sized spring right away. He has helped us maintain our garage door. He is great!

Our garage door began opening and closing by itself yesterday. We noticed that the light on the wall switch to open and close the door would be out (indicating no power), and then suddenly appear back on. The garage door would just randomly open, and just as randomly close on us, without warning, and without human control. I called Craig early the next morning and left a message, and by 9:00 a.m. he returned my call. He indicated to me that he could stop by later in the day to look at the door. He arrived before noon, and after thoroughly looking at the unit, the wall mounted switch and the remotes, he determined that the problem was, most likely, a short caused by wires attached to the unit that were strung too tightly. Not only did he adjust the tension in the wiring so that the wires were not strung so tightly, but he also lubricated parts of the garage door that caused it to open and close loudly, and re-mounted the wall switch in the garage more securely to the wall.
