Service Maintenance Appliance Company was recommended to me by Whirlpool. My washer stopped working while in the middle of a load of whites; Javier was able to come out within 2 days and he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that day. He was back out first thing on Tuesday morning. He drained the remaining water from the washer and replaced the pump, and re-tested the machine to make sure it was working.
