Rusty's crew remodeled my bathroom. Most of the process and results were good, but near the end they a piece of granite they were supposed to reinstall, and made a plumbing error that caused water to damage my downstairs neighbor's unit. They fixed the plumbing error promptly, but after three months of efforts to get them to replace the granite, they did not do so and Rusty stopped responding to my attempts to communicate about it.
