We felt the yard work performed was adequate for the first 2 years. We found that they were less reliable for the snow plowing. We hired them back for lawn maintenance only in 2006 & Roberto Medina agreed to do the spring clean-up & a core aeration. We were relying on him to do the core aeration during a certain time period so that we could fertilize & lay a lot of grass seed. He kept promising to do the work in a given week, but simply didn't do it. This went on for 3 weeks. When we called him to find out why & when he would do the work, he still wouldn't commit to a specific time. Then he called back after about 15 minutes & said that he didn't want to do any more work until we paid him & that we call him too much, etc. We agreed to pay him for the work & then told him we wanted to cancel our contract. He ended up charging us over $100 more than he had quoted us for the work. He apparently doesn't like to be challenged when he doesn't perform.
Description of Work: Medina Landscaping did our weekly lawn mowing, & spring & fall clean-ups for 2 years. They also did our snow plowing in the winter.
