What We Do… McMaid helps families in the greater Chicago area spend more time living life and less time cleaning up after it! We do that by providing a variety of house cleaning services including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, move-in / move-out one-time cleanings, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning.

"When [Member Name Removed] called our office to terminate her service it was 22 days after a crew had been at her house. Her complaint was that the crew didn't wash all the floors and told her they didn't have any more time on their schedule for her house (the extra floors were not scheduled to be washed). I apologized for the fact that they didn't call the office for more time and reminded [Member Name Removed] that if she had called us we would have sent them back. She said she shouldn't have to call. I said they are people, not robots, and sometimes make mistakes. I told her we can't fix something if we don't know there is a problem. I suggested we put some extra time on the next visit at no extra charge to make up for it but she declined. It seemed whatever I suggested, she wasn't interested. To be clear, I did not "yell" at her and did not call her a liar. I didn't even question her complaint about the floors, even though they were not scheduled. So now I will call her a liar as she has lied in the statements in her review. Her file has been marked "No Service" as we are not interested in doing business with her."
