In addition, this winter when we had a giant rain storm, ice damns formed from the melting rain causing a giant pond in our front lawn. This flooded our new septic tank system setting off internal alarms in our home. On a Sunday, I called LC Trenching, was called back within the hour and we formulated a plan to fix the situation.
The next day, a service team came out to look into the problem and the next day at no charge (under the installation warranty), they placed a riser on our tank to protect it from the rare high water event we had this past winter.
They are an honest hardworking company.
