Called company this morning and they sent a service tech. out who arrived here at 1 PM. Gary Myers did a great job. The unit needed a new capacitor and within 15 minutes the unit was running perfectly.

Gary did a great job explaining what needed to be done with the furnace which is 18 years old. Carbon Monoxide emissions were above a safe limit and the furnace was not working efficiently. He indicated we really needed a new furnace and gave us a couple of options. We ordered the Trane furnace which will be installed in 6 days with a 10 year warranty. Took advance of the free financing offer with will be extended for 18 months. Good followup by the company on the service, etc.

They have serviced our AC, furnace, replaced a thermostat, done duct cleaning. All services were done professionally and thoroughly. They are an honest company. I am very satisfied and will continue to use this company!

They are a very good company. I am having them come up and do our tune up next month. There were two or three people. Its been a few years. I am thinking it took two days. It was a lot of work to do. A lot of piping to do. Some duct work. It was more involved than we thought.

Called for a diagnostic service visit and follow-up repair. Needed a new blower control circuit board which was obtained and installed the next day. Technician (Mike) was very professional and helpful. Job was completed to my satisfaction and furnace is back in service.

The work was done carefully and in a timely matter. They were friendly, helpful and were very careful not to damage carpeting and walls. All in all, we are very pleased.

The guys from Gleason and Elfering never followed up with their quote. Their demeanor was very nice.

I called about 8:30 AM after waking up at 5:00 AM with my central air conditioner not working on a 100 degree day. The lady was very nice and said someone could come out this same day. By 9:30 AM, Kurt was here! He checked the thermostat, the furnace (inside thing), and the air conditioner (outside thing.) He figured out that it was an electrical problem- a circuit breaker issue- so he flipped the switch and that fixed it. After that he checked the pressures and the levels of things and said everything looked OK. It started cooling off the house, and I felt much better!

They had good reviews. They were very prompt and knowledgeable. They were nice to work with. I think their prices are average.

Neet, clean, professional, didn't smoke or swear, explained everything, and I couldn't find one thing to complain about and I am picky.

He arrived on time in a company van so I knew who he was and he introduced himself as well. He looked at my air-conditioning unit and fixed it for a fair price, even though it was a little more than I expected it to be. He took time to explain things about using the heat pump and preventive maintenence whick I did not know. I plan on calling him again when I need heating or A/c service. The invoice had very much detail of how the repair cost was added up.

We had a very responsive and professional sales representative; gave us full information and options; installation went well except that the thermostat was moved to an interior wall over the crawl space and a cold draft meant the furnace ran constantly. When we called to complain that our monthly heating bill was more rather than less, they came right away and moved the thermostat to a better location. No problems since.

The service went well except for there was a question about the furnace after the service. It took 3 phone calls and 2 days later to get an answer.

They sold quality products and it met my needs. I would recommend them. I would use their services in the future too.

Gleason called to confirm the appointment the day before, then nobody showed up on Saturday. I left multiple messages on the weekend answering service. Not only did I not get through to anyone, but I still have not received a call back regarding the fact that they were a no show to the appointment.
