Sure, I will use them again.

It went very well actually. They began Saturday the 28th of September and came back to finish all Wednesday the 2nd of October. Amazingly they took completely down a huge willow tree at the top of our forest backyard and barely did any damage at all to any surrounding trees - that in itself is amazing. Luis, the owner, was the one up in the trees and did a splendid job. His helpers worked hauling all the wood up and mulching same; we easily got many yards of mulch from the willow. The ash trees came down very nicely as well. Nice husband and wife who run the service and yes, we would surely have them come back again. As it is we have referred them to two of our neighbors who will also have sizeable projects in the next couple week.s which they've been retained to do. Price wise we received five estimates, all of which while competitive did not come close to Complete Outdoor Care's pricing and they hauled the wood away as well. It was due to a couple testimonies on angies that helped make our decision - as usually you get what you pay for but in this case we got dynamite service for a very decent value.

The communication over the phone was kind of frustrating because they don't always answer there phone. There was a lot of phone tag and I would suggest that they do need to work on that part of the business. The work performed was excellent and I would use them again.

They gave a competitive estimate within 2 days and did the work within 2 weeks - they actually came earlier than scheduled. A crew of 5 guys spent about 6 hours on the job. They did a good job of cleaning up all of the brush, leaves and wood chips. Overall they exceeded my expectations.

Gitchel Tree Service came out right away, removed the trees we wanted removed, and the price was great. they cleaned up after themselves. i would use them again in the future.
