Hired to repair front porch. Said it would be a one day job. Few hours into the first day, they went home because it was hot out. When they came back and job was done I had to point out things in the contract that were not done. Spindles were very crooked. Whole job took about 3 weeks from beginning to end. Fairly certain pine used was not exterior grade. I still had to finish it with some cedar boards myself. Best thing I can say is that John was very friendly.

He even made a recommendation to me for the DIY end of my deck refinishing project that worked well and saved me considerable time and money in the end. This was horrible workmanship. The worst part is that He lied to us. He did not Powerwash the back porch and missed many areas on the deck and stained over the dirty deck. Do not hire this man you will be disappointed.

John completed the original list of projects in a timely manner. We then added a few more projects that were fairly priced and also completed in a timely manner. I will hire John again for a few outside projects when the weather is better.

The handyman was very prompt in coming, polite and did good work. The cost totaled somewhat more than I expected and clean up was a bit lacking. All in all, I would hire this service again, but get a clear price from the get-go.
