A five star rating is not enough!!! This business deserves a ten star rating. My wife and I have never worked with such a professional company. From the receptionist who took our original call, owner Katlyn and the installation crew, unbelievable customer care. What a wonderful experience to a installation we were not familiar with…. Katlyn, whom owns and runs the company, is very hands on, listens to her clients, comes up with creative solutions, and always makes sure her clients are happy with the end product. She's a perfectionist and responsive, and does a job how she would want it done. Also, all of her projects, which have ranged in size from $2,000 to $10,000, have been on time and on budget. Overall, we've been very pleased with our decision to hire Evergreen.

First of all, Katlyn was a dream to work with. She had outstanding ideas on how to make our yard look just like it came out of a magazine. Her crew was always professional, on time, and just plain worked hard. I'd have Evergreen back in a heartbeat.

Extremely well managed project. Management as well as the crews did great in ensuring the pool was demolished on time. Classic example of meeting Cost, Time and scope completion, with one of the best in class quality. On top of that, the entire team is very friendly, receptive and patient to understand the requirement and ensuring the expectations are met.

They made my DREAMS become a reality! I would recommend them, and did to my neighbor who is now using them, in a heartbeat. The Owner and President, Katlyn Abraham was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, the vast knowledge of plants, her vision for design and most of all, her ability to put all your thoughts into a reality of sheer pleasure is a rare find in today's world. Her crew, what can I say other then true craftsmen their own right. They were on the job promptly and the only time they stopped was for lunch. No cell phones or standing around. They are hard working, dedicated to their job and share the same professionalism that Katlyn does. If they weren't sure of something, they asked ME what I thought or wanted. Again, I can't say enough about the QUALITY of work. It was a true PLEASURE doing business with this company and I would not hesitate to hire them again. They all went above and beyond what I expected and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. No hidden costs. If you want old school work ethics, then this is the only company you need to hire. They ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!!

It went great even though they had to work around the rain. The workers were very nice, polite and always ready to help. Professional all the way. I also had a sprinkler system installed so they had to work around that project as well. They had to install sod and straighten up some of the area upon completion of the planting season and installation of the sprinkler system. Auto-Rain installed the sprinkler system and I am very pleased with it. They have helped me with the operation and adjusted some of the Jets and run times. I. Could not be more pleased with Evergreen and Auto-Rain. My neighbors have remarked how beautiful it all looks. I am truly enjoying the results and it now feels like home.

Everything went fine. Maybe they can improve on the communication, everything else was fine. They subcontracted it to somebody else and between them and the contractor they didn’t have a conversation that there was a charge over “X” amount of hours, so we were all surprised by the bill at the end, so that was unpleasant, other than that everything else was fine.

While most of Evergreen's clients engage them for much more extensive projects, Katlyn had suggestions to enhance the property's appearance despite the obvious lack of professional care over the years. Katlyn is extremely knowledgeable, had great practical suggestions, and was realistic about what could be accomplished with the budget that I had.
Junior came out a week later and did an outstanding job, performing all of the work included in the estimate with a smile. The entire neighborhood remarked about the change and my realtor wants to recommend EverGreen to her future clients.
Could not have been happier.

The workers were here until late day and finished the job. Very professional. Good job. I just moved in August 1st and the yard had not been trimmed or fertilized all spring and summer. Shrubs and plants were overgrown and some were dead in areas. It looks much better and we are going to work on a plan to improve over time starting this fall. Kaitlyn has been so nice to work with and professional in her working with me. It has been a good experience.

They started the project earlier than expected which was great. They showed up on time all three days. They did all the work agreed upon in the estimate to a very high level. They did a great job with little details I didn't think of but really make it look well done. I would definitely use them in the future.

They returned my initial call promply and were good at communicating with me. They performed the work in an excellent and professional manner. Katlyn gave us ideas that we had never thought of and due to that, we saved more than $2000 as compared to other companies that we had give us an estimate (we had 5 companies bid on this project). The other companies just gave us an estimate on what we thought we wanted and didn't suggest anything like Katlyn did. We are glad we found her and would recommend Evergreen Developement to our friends and neighbors.
