+ -1 moreWe contacted company numerous times to get a quote on a stainless steel table base. We received one initial response by email asking for details of the base, which we promptly supplied. Over the next 11 days, we received no follow-up despite our voicemails and emails as well as our offers via voicemail and email to travel to the business location. We finally gave up on attempts to communicate with this company.
