Common Cents did a meticulous job and it is clearly evident they are truly passionate about providing quality work. Scott identified items that other companies missed in their estimates, such as areas where caulking was missing and where certain boards needed replacing, that put him a step above any other companies we consulted. The work was conducted over several weeks due to summer heat and humidity (although we did have some confusion around the start date), which we appreciated as applying stain during excessive heat will lead to issues down the road. That said, the crew completed the work as quickly as possible given the weather.

Scott also did an excellent job of helping us choose a color and we're very happy with the finished product.

We will not hesitate to use Common Cents again for either interior or exterior work. They take pride in their work and will do whatever is needed (even removing dozens of wasp nests :-) to ensure their job is thorough and complete.

Scott did a great job painting and was easy to work with. He even worked on a Saturday to accomodate our schedule. He's very reasonably priced and does the work fast, without skimping on quality.

I have never seen paint applied so perfectly. I am very happy. Scott is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. Simply flawless. And, Common Cents was thousands of dollars cheaper than any of the painters my contractor was pushing. I highly recommend Common Cents. He managed to produce flawless results despite the fact that my unethical contractor was making things difficult for him out of anger that they did not win the paint work. Through it all, Scott remained patient and didn't allow anything to keep him from producing excellent work.
