AC went out on the evening of 7/5 after most companies were closed. I left messages with several. Paul called me back at 9:45 at night to say he could come at 7:30 in morning. He was on time and quickly changed out the capacitor and added freon. Was done and aC back on by 8:00 am. I was so thrilled with his responsiveness, politeness, promptness, and price for what could have been charged at emergency rates but he did not. Paul is now my hvac go- to guy.

We purchased a new gas stove (slide-in model) and needed the gas-feeding pipe shortened so that the stove would slide all the way into the space. I called Central Plumbing (recommended by a contractor friend) and spoke with the owner. He said he could have someone come out the following morning at 8:00 a.m. The serviceman was right on time. He spent about an hour completing the work. He shortened the pipe, replaced the shut-off for the stove, put the stove back in place, and tested each burner. He also relit the pilots on the hot water heater and the boiler.

They did a great job and I really like them. I thought they were priced reasonably. They were on time and I was very happy with the quality of work.
