I did not buy anything. I just went there for service. They could have avoided breaking things and also fixed things the way they were supposed to. The first visit was, like, last year and they broke the safety chain. They did not finish fixing some of the items they said they fixed. The second visit was a follow up to get those things fixed and a couple of other things. They ended up putting our awning on backwards and they ripped the canopy by the way they put it back together in the pop up and the way the folded it down. They gave me refund for part of the equipment they put on that did not work.
