"Our plumber in questions has been servicing people's needs for thirty five years. This is our first unresolved issue. The member supplied a faucet which was installed with a 90 day guarantee. The member was unhappy with our service at that time as noted in my files. In recent conversation with the member, she was so disrespectful and rude that I pulled out her original bill. We will send a certified check."
