What a joy! I am in Heaven. We did research on different telephones and systems and decided to take a chancy with this Hybrid system, and it has been a dream! I believed I ordered it on a Thursday night and the stuff was here Friday. Everything I ordered came exactly as I needed it to. They walked us through by telephone so we could get our phone system up and running. We haven't had any trouble with them. Today, we called them about information on something else and again they were very responsive and remembered us. If I travel, I can take one of the phone units with me and get all of my calls like I am sitting in my office. It is better than a cell phone. It has conferencing, intercom, etc on it. They are how companies should run. The service has been consistently top of the line. I think their price was excellent.
