The sales person was prompt and professional, explaining how the repair would be accomplished and outlined the costs. He was right on with his cost estimate and the repair was done on time and quickly. All the fit and finish of the repairs were outstanding and we have no further issues with leaks.

Armcor Design and Build is a very easy company to work with, and very professional. They are an independent, family-run business, and also a franchisee of Four Seasons modular rooms and windows. They have many years of experience doing the type of project we hired them to do. They were up-front about what services they don't normally provide, but they were prepared to suggest vendors who could provide these services (in our case painting and floor treatment). Most of the construction was done by Brad Merkle, who is a true magician. Other subs were called in as needed (concrete, electrical, etc.). Armcor's workmanship is excellent, and our experience has been a very positive one.

We are elated with our sunroom and overall the interaction with Armcor was the most positive I've had with a contractor as far as quality of work goes. Brad Merkel is particularly good to work with and he's the one performing work onsite. Key notes for people to be aware of: 1. Armcor is NOT a general contractor. We had to arrange separately for electric, HVAC, siding. I would recommend hiring a GC to manage the transaction. 2. We have two minor complaints about a threshold and some wood on steps. Thresholds are very important things, be assertive and demand what you want! 3. The project took 2x longer than anticipated. 4. Armcor was good about design plan finalizations to get what I actually wanted, but you have to be assertive.

From start to finish was basically pleasant. The owner is very nice and has lots of experience in the business. He came to our home to look over and discuss what we wanted. We then visited his showroom. When the discussion got down to the nitty gritty, we realized that there were a lot of extras that we would have to pay for separately that were not included in the original price quoted. We decided to go with another company.
